21.       Discussion, review, and possible action (to approve, reject, amend, return to committee, defer, or strike) regarding the Oklahoma County Policy and Governance Committee s recommendation to approve the MOU between the OSU Extension Service and the Oklahoma County Board Of County Commissioners. This MOU provides for telephony and internet services and shall be effective August 9, 2017 through June 30, 2018. 23.      Discussion and possible action to approve a donation from Nestle Purina PetCare to the Board of County Commissioners, on behalf of the Oklahoma County Sheriff s Office, regarding Nestle Purina PetCare donating ProPlan Dog Food to the K-9 unit to meet the nutritional needs of agency K-9s.
